Corundum Ceramic Honeycomb for HF Acid resistance applications

High Alumina Ceramic honeycomb are manufactured from 99% Al2O3 powders to serve special HF acid application whereas SiO2 should maintain minimum level. Such as it can be applied in RTO system with large amount of HF acid in the processing chamber. High alumina ceramic honeycomb can also resist 1500degrees centigrade.
